柠檬蘑菇+煎三文鱼

- 原料:
- 一小块黄油
- 3汤匙橄榄油
- 8盎司平菇,洗干净
- 8盎司香菇,洗干净
- 盐和胡椒
- 3瓣大蒜,切碎
- 1杯白葡萄酒
- 2汤匙柠檬汁
- 做法:
- 将橄榄油和黄油放在锅里
- 加入蘑菇,面朝上,不搅拌,煎一个金色的壳,两分钟
- 加一点盐,和一点水,因为蘑菇会出水,小火 8 分钟,中途翻炒
- 用盐和胡椒调味,加入蒜茸或者蒜片炒 1 分钟
- 倒入葡萄酒和青柠汁,焖 2 分钟
- 按需要撒一点盐和胡椒调味

三文鱼直接用油煎,除了撒盐,没有别的操作。
